Ensures dependable service, accurate execution, and transparent collaboration across departments to achieve business objectives. **Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities** * Manages a team of 10–20+ inside sales associates to achieve performance goals. * Owns staffing models and performance management processes to optimize resources. * Drives sales initiatives and provides coaching to enhance associate effectiveness. * Tracks overrides and special-order pricing to maintain margin governance. * Develops associates in new trades, products, and geographies to expand capabilities. * Ensures order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and compliance with operational standards. * Partners across departments to align strategies and improve operational efficiency. * Leverages analytics to monitor performance and guide decision-making. **Nature and Scope** * Solutions require analysis and investigation. * Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. * Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. **Work Environment** * Located in a comfortable indoor area.
