Must Have

Master's degree in behavioral health, 3 years SUD treatment experience, 1 year supervisory experience, LGPC or LCPC license, LCSW-C license, BLS certification within 30 days

Nice to Have

Inpatient/residential SUD treatment experience, CAC-AD certification

What You'll Do.

Supervise inpatient/residential counseling staff

Review clinical documentation

Support staff in managing caseloads

Track client progress

Respond to patients individually

Maintain knowledge of inpatient/residential census

Provide therapeutic support

Manage schedule of intakes

Assist in development of knowledge and skills

Identify learning opportunities

Determine counselor strengths

Serve as professional role model

Provide alternative case conceptualizations

Oversee counselor work

Coach treatment assistant lead

Mentor treatment assistant staff

Conduct ongoing assessment of treatment enrollment

Ensure alignment with evidence-based practices

Ensure alignment with measurement-based care

Develop training protocols for staff education

Facilitate new programming implementation

Identify and develop strategic goals

Develop expansion of clinical services

Develop and implement action plans

Facilitate inpatient residential treatment team meetings

Attend multidisciplinary clinical staff meetings

Participate in in-service trainings

Serve as member of select committees

Prepare documented material for CQI reviews

Provide leadership oversight

Ensure staff compliance with standards

Strengthen clinical documentation

Strengthen professional note-writing competencies

Maintain current schedule

Develop new patient programming

Manage group coverage due to vacancy

Engage in ongoing personal development

Increase competencies
