The successful candidate will be tasked with two or more of the responsibilities below amongst others: * Project finance and modeling: Undertaking project finance advisory, project finance modeling, infrastructure M&A, project finance, pricing, bid evaluations, and restructuring. * Transaction advisory services: Transaction advisory for Public Private Partnership projects (PPP), Privatisations and Divestiture, as well as Private Sector Participation in infrastructure projects. * Corporate Finance Services: Developing business plans, feasibility studies and advising clients in raising, investing, optimising, and preserving capital * Deal Origination and Business Development: Networking, meetings, and
