Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience in Security within the Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries or Military related experience OR Master’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience in Security within the Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries or Military related experience OR High School Diploma AND 10+ years of experience in Security within the Aircraft, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries or Military related experience, Minimum of 2 Years of management, supervisor, or other demonstrated leadership experience., Active DoD Secret Clearance that is in-scope Granted or renewed in the last 5 years, Ability to obtain special program access.

Nice to Have

Top Secret Clearance, Knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals., Ability to execute Security and Program Management concepts., Experience managing multiple function teams across the program enterprise., Excellent communication, writing and organization skills, enabling effective communications with team members, fellow employees and government officials., Ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight., interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers.
