What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience working in finance and tax, understanding of indirect tax processes, understanding of core finance functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Order to Cash, Experience with large, global system implementations with globally disbursed project resources, Successful track record working with business teams to define, develop, test, and launch new processes and new programs, Experience authoring and translating business requirements, Ability to plan, organize and proctor efficient meetings through preparation, stakeholder buy in, and guide a group towards agreed upon objectives, Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and generate creative solutions

Nice to Have

Experience in transformation is a plus, Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud and/or Thomas Reuters for financials, Experience with Thomson Reuters indirect tax solutions and Oracle Fusion Cloud for financials strongly preferred, Interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results through partnerships at all levels, Initiative and ability to bring order to ambiguity, Ability to function effectively in a highly charged executive environment, and the ability to discern when to act independently
