This position reports to the Operations Manager and will be a six-month training program consisting of leading the execution of daily operational activities for the warehouse, systems experience, people management and coaching, and 5s principles and practices. This individual will work closely with operations leadership team, customer care, and sales to ensure that customer expectations are met, if not exceeded. We are looking for a solid performer and someone who wants to elevate their leadership skills and knowledge and start on the road to becoming a Warehouse Area Manager.
