Must Have

High School Degree or GED, Supervisory experience required, Proven track record of achieving and setting goals and executing company direction, Experience in hiring, promoting, and motivating talent, Proven ability to lead by example, make sound decisions, and demonstrate professionalism, Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, Diligence and the ability to persevere in the face of resistance or setbacks, Must commit to a specific store location or a group of new and existing stores

Nice to Have

business or retail merchandising degree preferred, customer focused experience in the fashion industry preferred

Analyzing store performance using historical reports

Adjusting plans and priorities to achieve goals

Managing payroll hours to support business needs and sustain profitability

Assessing visual needs and directing implementation of promotional changes

Preparing schedules by assessing business needs

traffic patterns and store activity

Directing team to effectively use sales driving programs

Making quality hiring decisions

Nurturing talent through networks in store community

Developing successors and talent pools for all store positions

and actionable positive and corrective feedback

Growing and developing talent using company programs

Accurately appraising the strengths and weaknesses of others and coaching associates appropriately

Creating and cultivating an environment that allows others to reach their full potential

Maintaining an operationally sound store
