Read more: [careers.bms.com/working-with-us](https://careers.bms.com/working-with-us). **The Role** Bristol Myers Squibb is looking to recruit a permanent **Manager In-Market Distribution** Manager EMEA In-Market Distribution is responsible for the management of functional execution activities including the management of the relationship and performance of the distribution centers per the responsibilities section Please note that there will be 20% travel required as part of this role. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee 3PL operations across assigned scope, including inventory accuracy, service exceptions, execution of relevant directives and operating models, and driving continuous improvement against agreed KPIs. * Accountable for inventory management and accuracy, including cycle counts, physical inventories, destructions, product launches, FDD requests, daily review of delivery (IOD) reports, and annual stock count financial reconciliation in compliance with SOX business controls. * Coordinate, facilitate, attend, or arrange physical inventory counts and independent witnesses at 3PL
