Must Have
Experience in a managerial or senior coordination role within a complex, fast-paced environment, analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, including working with large data sets, Very good PowerPoint skills with a focus on clear, management-level storytelling, Fluency in English enabling effective participation in meetings and preparation of professional materials, Enthusiasm, openness and communication skills, with confidence in using English in everyday professional communication, A structured, proactive and hands-on approach with high ownership of assigned topics, The ability to work independently and partner closely with senior stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Acting as close partner and right hand to the MS leadership in day-to-day management of the area
Manage headcount and budget reporting
Supporting decision-making processes through independent ownership of topics without the need for close supervision
Preparing and coordinating management and operational reporting
including regular status updates and ad hoc analyses
Working systemically on improving reporting processes
tools and data standards across the unit
Developing and maintaining consistent reporting formats and presentation standards (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preparing materials for management calls
status meetings and performance reviews
Actively leveraging automation and AI-based tools to increase efficiency
quality and scalability of reporting and analysis
Ensuring high quality
accuracy and timeliness of data and clear
structured communication
