Full Job Description
Join our Amazon Security Experience (ASE) Team as a Manager of Software Development, where you'll spearhead a new initiative applying behavioral science principles to security, pioneering innovative approaches to how builders interact with security tools and processes. You will lead efforts to deliver Security metrics and Insights for all Amazonians. This critical role requires a strategic leader who can work across Amazon's diverse businesses, understanding their unique needs and building tools that optimize their ability to develop secure software and hardware services. Your expertise in communication, security knowledge, and proven experience delivering technical solutions at cloud scale will be instrumental in ensuring that all builders across Amazon meet the Amazon Security Bar. You'll collaborate with teams throughout the company, gaining exposure to diverse technologies while making a significant impact on Amazon's security posture.
