Offered Position: Manager III, Business Intel Job Location: Seattle, Washington Job Number: AMZ9673858 Position Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers responsible for defining, tracking, and maintaining key business metrics that guide operational performance and strategic decisions. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable BI solutions that address critical business needs. Oversee the design and implementation of automated dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools to democratize data access across the organization. Work closely with Data Engineering, Hardware, and Software Development teams to optimize data capture, integration, and storage solutions. Own critical business reporting, including MBRs, QBRs, and WBRs. Position Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Business Analyst, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one years of experience in the following skills: (1) using SQL and ETL; (2) data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or a related tool; and (3) using R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or related software for statistical analysis or machine learning.
