Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, Proven experience in service operations, supply chain, or logistics within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments, Expertise in operations planning, forecasting, and cross-functional program management, Ability to lead complex, cross-regional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority, Advanced analytical skills, Communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment, High degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting

Job’s mission As a Customer Kit Management (CKM) Service Operations Lead / Principal Specialist, you will drive and optimize ASM’s CKM service operations across customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performance operation of critical semiconductor equipment. You will take ownership of operational strategy, cross-regional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact fab productivity and customer satisfaction, contributing to technologies powering AI, 5G, and cloud computing.
