Must Have
BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing, Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams, proficiency with Excel required
Nice to Have
direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition, Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plus, Understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates and LTV predictions preferred, Deep understanding of our data architecture and tech stack, and be able to communicate effectively with data teams
What You'll Do.
Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games’ growth and profitability
execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform
negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition
Grow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globe
Design and execute A & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing
working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users
Be an expert in UA with key knowledge in order to lead a team
Raise flags for future potential issues that might arise if we continue on course or due to expected changes based on our current methodology
Proactively source new partners to diversify portfolio
