5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, information systems, database management or related field, Minimum of 2+ years of experience leading and developing high performing teams, Deep working knowledge in the effective technical support of Workday applications, Thorough understanding of all areas of information in HRIS, Highly technical understanding of at least one industry recognized HRIS product, Excellent analytical and technical skills, Expertise in Excel, Expertise in Word, Expertise in PowerPoint, Expertise in HRIS, Project management skills
Nice to Have
Experience across multiple HCM modules, including Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning and Benefits Administration
