Must Have
5+ years of experience as an HRBP supporting Technology, Product, Engineering, or Digital businesses, understanding of organization structures and engineering talent ecosystems, Proven experience in stakeholder management, performance management, retention, and org transformation, analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR analytics and automation
Nice to Have
Experience implementing AI and automation use cases within HR, Exposure to workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and HR tech transformation initiatives, Understanding of fintech, payments, or digital commerce ecosystems, Experience supporting large-scale engineering or product organizations
