Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, 8+ years of experience in HR Services, HR Operations, HR PMO, or similar support roles, Demonstrated experience working with global teams and diverse stakeholder groups

Serve as a primary support resource for HR triage activities

Ensure requests are accurately documented

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date governance documentation
Support governance routines by monitoring milestones
and escalation points across HR initiatives
Prepare regular status reports
and executive-ready presentations for HR leadership and key stakeholders

This position focuses on intake and triage of HR business requests, governance tracking, documentation, and project coordination across multiple HR domains. This is a **non-traditional PMO role** , requiring strong hands-on experience in HR operations, Services delivery, and cross-functional coordination rather than pure project management execution.
