Full Job Description
Manager, HR Global Mergers & Acquisition Project Manager As a Manager, Human Resource (HR) Global Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Project Manager in Capital One’s HR Business Risk Office, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR life cycle for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. This includes project managing HR due diligence, planning and/or managing for integration, and executing all transaction / integration, risk-related and associate-oriented processes. The team works and collaborates with key HR functional subject matter experts and enterprise cross-functional deal or integration teams including Risk and Compliance. This role will have a global scope, supporting acquisition and/or integration activities across geographies and lines of businesses. If you are a self-starter, love problem solving, possess a high degree of judgment and enjoy working collaboratively on often highly ambiguous matters, this may be the role for you! The right candidate will possess a hybrid project/process management background with demonstrated experience managing simultaneous initiatives. Strong problem solving skills, integrative thinking, attention to detail, risk mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role. Someone who thrives on working on high-profile projects and is able to effectively communicate and influence a wide range of HR, risk and business professionals to create and implement well-managed risk practices and innovative associate-related solutions at all levels will be well-suited for this role.
