What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 to 8 years in Human Resources, Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, ability to multi-task, Capable of using good judgment, dependability, ability to follow through, meet commitments, Well-developed analytical abilities, problem-solving abilities, Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, consistently meet deadlines, Maintain a high level of integrity, Maintain confidentiality, Maintain professionalism, Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, experience with HRIS systems
Nice to Have
Human Resources degree, Bi-lingual is a plus, PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
