**Date Posted:** 2026-05-26 **Country:** India **Location:** IN-KA-BENGALURU-008 ~ Hitech, Defence & Aerospace Park ~ HI TECH DEFENSE **Position Role Type:** Onsite _**_Overview:_**_ This role is responsible for managing employee life-cycle activities, ensuring compliance, supporting business teams, and delivering a consistent and positive employee experience _**Job Title:**_ Manager HR _**Job responsibilities:**_ * Maintaining discipline on the shopfloor to prevent potential labour unrest viz, strikes, lockouts, etc. * Negotiating Service Conditions for the Long-Term settlement * Ensuring that agreed-upon norms and standing orders are adhered to * Liaising with Govt officials related to Labor Laws * Ensuring appropriate Compliances are filed as per Government mandate * Coaching business leaders on overall understanding of labor compliance and changes and execute these from business perspective. * Governance on prevention & Settlement of Industrial Disputes * Design mechanism for dispute resolution * Define rights, duties & Obligations of employees and Employer * Promotion of Social Justice _**Qualifications:**_ * MSW with 10 + years of experience in day to day HR execution of the organization , Proficiency in Kannada is preferable .
