What You'll Do.
Coordinate and supervise daily business operations
Supervise Home Medical Equipment department staff
Conduct staff evaluations
Ensure regulatory requirements are met
Manage financial performance
Oversee quality of service delivery
Manage department budget
Develop productivity targets
Redesign system processes for enhanced patient care
Implement and monitor process changes
Provide financial reports and analysis
Manage human resources utilization
Promote employee satisfaction
Support staff development
Utilize progressive discipline process
Support organizational goals
Implement necessary changes
Participate in strategic planning
Maintain and promote quality service
Participate in quality improvement processes
Assure implementation of regulatory standards
Ensure age-specific patient needs are met
Translate professional and regulatory standards to policies
Research interdepartmental problems
Take corrective action
Promote respectful communication between departments
Supervise daily operations of the department
Act as a resource to other departments
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships
