As PRA Manager for Oncology & Hematology, you will be the decisive force ensuring Finnish patients gain timely access to Lilly's most innovative treatments — from BTK inhibitors in haematology to next-generation oncology assets entering the pipeline. You will operate with real autonomy, shaping national access strategies and sitting at the intersection of science, economics and healthcare policy. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility across Lilly's Nordic and global PRA network. **ROLE OVERVIEW** You own the end-to-end pricing, reimbursement and market access agenda for your therapeutic area in Finland. While brand team engagement is primarily focused on Oncology & Hematology, the PRA Manager Finland supports HTA and reimbursement activities across the wider Finnish portfolio as required. You translate complex clinical and health economic evidence into compelling payer narratives, lead negotiations with Finnish authorities, and ensure Lilly's access strategies are grounded in the realities of the Finnish decision-making landscape.
