What You'll Do.
Manage assigned Health Services staff
Promote healthy work environment
Ensure adequate training
Maintain adequate coverage
Provide justification for staffing changes
Provide performance management
Provide feedback to staff
Provide coaching to staff
Perform annual performance reviews
Ensure compliance with budget
Provide justification for expenses
Ensure effective resource utilization
Support integrated model of care
Operationalize integrated model of care
Lead quality improvement projects
Improve clinical outcomes
Improve patient satisfaction
Participate in nursing research
Support evidence based pediatric nursing
Model caring philosophy
