Must Have
Tertiary qualifications in Work Health & Safety, Leadership experience in health and safety within high-risk industries, Proven ability to influence, build credibility and work effectively with operational leaders and contractors, Experience in overseeing and managing occupational health programs and surveillance and regulatory reporting, capability in risk management, safety systems, assurance and project delivery

Lead and deliver measurable improvements in safety performance

Set clear expectations for contractor safety performance
coach and develop a high-performing H&S team
Oversee critical risk management activities

Work closely with operational leaders, workforce and contractor stakeholders; Contribute to the Site Leadership Team and broader HSE network; influencing decisions and sharing learnings across the business
