and integrated deeply into our CRM and RevOps stack

As the Manager of the GTM AI Engineering team, you will lead a specialized unit dedicated to building, configuring, and managing AI automations and intelligent agents. This role is a cornerstone of our transformed GTM strategy, reporting directly to the SVP GTM Operations. Your mission is to create a seamless synergy between AI technology and our Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), ensuring that AI acts as a multiplier for human effort. You will oversee a team of GTM AI Automation Engineers and GTM AI Solution Architects, driving the technical execution of our AI-driven revenue engine strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. AI AUTOMATION & AGENT STRATEGY - Translate the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps for automation and agent deployment. - Lead the build-out and configuration of AI agents and automations designed to handle repetitive GTM tasks (e.g., lead scoring, personalized outreach, contract analysis). - Ensure all AI implementations are scalable, secure, and integrated deeply into our CRM and RevOps stack. 2. TEAM LEADERSHIP & EXECUTION - Manage and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and high-quality deployment. - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial proof-of-concept to global GTM deployment. - When completed, hand over the solutions to our Revenue Operations for running and maintenance 3.
