Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field, 5–10 years of experience in airline sales, travel industry, OTA, or commercial partnerships, understanding of airline distribution, BSP, and travel trade ecosystem, Proven track record in sales growth and account management, Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, CRM and reporting tools), Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders, A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets

The role focuses on sales strategy, market expansion, revenue growth, partnership management and operational coordination, at the same time establishing the branding and reputation of AirAsia in a foreign ground. **Key Responsibilities** **Sales & Revenue Growth** Develop and execute market sales strategies to achieve revenue, passenger & load factor targets.
