Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or related field, 5–10 years of experience in airline sales, travel industry, OTA, or commercial partnerships, understanding of airline distribution, BSP, and travel trade ecosystem, Proven track record in sales growth and account management, Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite, CRM and reporting tools), Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders, A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets

Develop and execute market sales strategies to achieve revenue

Negotiate commercial agreements

and networking functions
Ensure GSAs maintain service quality
Analyze local market demand and customer behavior
Recommend route opportunities
promotional strategies
and seasonal campaigns
Collaborate with marketing teams on brand visibility and trade engagement initiatives
Coordinate with internal departments such as revenue management
Ensure GSAs comply with company standards
and reporting requirements
Monitor booking performance
Prepare sales forecasts
