What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, 3-5 years of experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams, Proven success managing lead generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth, experience tracking and managing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI, Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms, Experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Nice to Have
Experience scaling growth marketing programs and teams in high-growth SaaS environments, Familiarity with attribution tools, ABM programs, and analytics tools, analytical, project management, and communication skills, Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Present KPI insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Establish operational rigor and performance expectations for the growth marketing team
Drive accountability across the team to ensure delivery against pipeline
