What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years’ experience in Growth, proven track record of leading end-to-end growth experiments, proven track record of leading cross-functional projects, Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines, analytical skills, experience with growth analytics, experience with experimentation frameworks, experience with data-driven decision-making, Excellent communication skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, Experience in product-led growth, Experience in B2B SaaS, Experience in fast-paced environments, Experience within a startup or scale-up, Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s)
