What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in internal audit, governance, risk, controls advisory, or a regulatory body, Experience leading internal audit or risk engagements, including supervising junior staff, understanding of business processes, risk management, and internal control design, Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting, data analytics, or a related field, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level reports, time‑management and project‑management skills, A collaborative working style and a desire to build long‑term client relationships, A genuine passion for helping clients strengthen their operations and manage risk effectively
Nice to Have
Experience in professional services or client‑facing roles
