This role serves as the global owner of Academy programs, standards, processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Sales, Partner, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support enablement.This leader establishes the University operating model, drives stakeholder alignment,manages the University roadmap, and ensures scalable, high-quality learning experiences that support business objectives and learner success.The Manager, Global University oversees University governance, certification strategy,quality assurance, PMO processes, performance measurement, and operational excellence while partnering closely with business leaders across the organization. The role also provides leadership and direction to the University Operations team responsible for content development, LMS administration, and learning production.
