Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scientific discipline or life science, Minimum 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GxP document management and training, Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and electronic Document Management Systems (DMS), Knowledge of GxP requirements and CAPA management, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Power BI and MindMap tools, project management skills, Basic understanding of Change Management principles, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Global mindset - demonstrated interpersonal skills with peers and different levels of management, Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach, Stringent attention to detail and follow-up is critical, Possesses good problem solving skills and demonstrates diplomacy in dealing with difficult issues, Works effectively as a member of a team capable of prioritizing multiple tasks to meet project deadlines, Able to work effectively in an environment of changing priorities, Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for drug development and life-cycle management

Support GRS Quality Management System activities

Contribute to GRS continuous improvement initiatives

Manage compliance with Corporate training requirements

Generate training compliance metrics reports

Support preparation for Community of Practices

Lead creation of GRS Quality and Compliance Metrics Dashboard

Act as GRS point of contact for deviation management

Act as coordinator for GRT Effectiveness Assessment Tool

Maintain GRT Effectiveness Assessment Tool

Lead generation of GRT HPT scores

Support GRS change management and governance forums

Maintain GRS Procedure MindMap

Leverage AI and digital solutions

Evaluate efficiencies/synergies

Embed process improvements

Support GRS continuous Improvement initiatives
