What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5–7 years of experience in digital project management, marketing operations, or content production, Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and content workflows across web, email, and/or performance marketing channels, understanding of digital production processes, including UX/UI workflows, development cycles, and platform requirements, Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and drive alignment, understanding of digital marketing channels and production workflows, Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

Experience supporting a global fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand, Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing platforms, DAM systems, and paid media workflows

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end management of global digital marketing initiatives

Translate briefs into actionable project plans

Ensure deliverables meet launch readiness standards

Drive execution of 360 campaigns across digital touchpoints

Oversee asset readiness and deployment

Ensure assets are accurately uploaded and organized

Manage distribution of assets and communications

Maintain and evolve global distribution lists

Drive consistent use of project management tools

Establish and uphold standardized digital ways of working

Monitor project performance

and provide reporting

Identify and implement process improvements

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as a key liaison across CMO teams and digital partners; Lead cross-functional meetings and project checkpoints; Build relationships across a matrixed organization; Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams; Ensure alignment across global and regional stakeholders
