Must Have

10+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, operations, or consulting within membership-based communities and/or businesses, Experience managing global or multi-market initiatives, Proven track record to lead develop and manage complex onboarding or implementation projects, Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior executive engagement, Ability to work with ambiguity in an evolving business and to be able to identify the business needs of our partners

The Manager, Global Membership Program will play a key role in building an exclusive, curated community of C-suite leaders, founders and innovators for a premier executive membership club. Through unparalleled access, high-touch programming, and priceless experiences, this membership community will connect top executives across industries and geographies. This role ensures that our licensees are successfully integrated into our premier executive membership club, by maintaining the high standards associated with the Forbes brand. They will guide global licensees through the transition from initial interest to the launch of inaugural memberships in their respective territories. This is both a highly strategic and a hands-on role, blending program management, partnerships, and global operations to ensure a consistent, premium member experience that is aligned with the Forbes brand. This is a hybrid role based our of our Jersey City, NJ headquarters and will require three days onsite per week.
