Must Have
University degree in Finance or Accounting, Significant years fund administration experience, Experience managing staff, In-depth understanding of Fund industry, Computer skills with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Knowledge in IFRS, Knowledge in US GAAP, Knowledge in Singapore GAAP
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Provide fund accounting services
Provide administration services
Prepare Net Asset Value
Review Net Asset Value
Provide custody servicing
Provide investor record keeping
Provide investor reporting
Manage Fund Accountants
Perform accounting service delivery
Perform administration service delivery
Train staff on NAV process
Approve fee schedules
Calculate management fees
Calculate carried interest
Review investor allocations
Perform waterfall calculation
Perform waterfall reviews
Approve custody trading documents
Process Capital Calls
Process distributions wires
Ensure AML requirements are met
Respond to client queries
Ensure compliance with organization controls
Ensure work is carried out
Ensure Service level agreement met
Approve payment of fund expenses
Help prepare financial statements
Help review financial statements
Help prepare annual audit
Help review annual audit
Review reporting for regulatory authorities
Establish fund procedures
Establish client procedures
Ensure cross training
Ensure cover in place
Help with growth of local office
Create ideas for improving NAV process
Create ideas for technological improvements
