10 years of relevant experience in fund or real estate accounting, Proven people-management responsibility, Hands-on experience with Yardi, Experience with SOX, Experience with internal control environments, Fluent in written and spoken English

CA or equivalent professional qualification
What You'll Do.
Oversee fund accounting operations
Review day-to-day accounting operations
Review and approve NAV calculations
Review and approve financial statements
Oversee fund accounting operations
Identify operational risks
Resolve operational issues
Standardize processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
and efficient service delivery
Lead year-end audit and reporting process
Oversee preparation of financial data for tax filings
and develop fund accounting teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as primary liaison with administrators, external auditors, tax advisors, and lending banks; Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture
Communication Scope
Fluent in written and spoken English; Engage stakeholders effectively
