Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in fund or real estate accounting, proven people‑management responsibility (leading, coaching, and developing teams), hands‑on experience with Yardi, solid experience with SOX and internal control environments, Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams under pressure, adjust plans to meet changing business needs, summarize complex issues, develop well‑reasoned recommendations, make sound, timely decisions at a managerial level, capability to multitask and prioritize diverse deliverables while maintaining a high level of accuracy, detail orientation, integrity, and professionalism, ability to research, interpret, and conclude on complex technical accounting matters, Fluent in written and spoken English

The role serves as the primary decision‑maker and escalation point for accounting, operational, and stakeholder‑related matters, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and timely deliverables. In addition to providing senior technical review of NAVs and financial statements, the Manager leads and develops teams, drives operational efficiency, manages risk and controls, and fosters a high‑performance culture through coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Financial Accounting, Review & Operational Oversight: Oversee and review day‑to‑day accounting operations for complex structures, including bank transactions, invoicing, accruals and provisions, intercompany activity, interest calculations, amortization/depreciation schedules, and month‑end reconciliations, ensuring sound accounting judgment, accuracy, and operational effectiveness. * NAV, Fina
