What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of business-related execution experience, 3+ years in program and project management, Experience managing large, complex programs, projects, and work teams, Experience leading teams using waterfall and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Nice to Have
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification(s), Knowledge and experience with Agile execution models

Lead a team of Project Managers
Provide oversight of project management resources
Align work within the functional team environment
Ensure excellence in project delivery
Develop functional PMO execution goals
Scan external environment for leading practices
Contribute to strategic and operational planning
Analyze functional project management resource capacity
Manage fiscal resources
Lead people management activities
Deliver excellence in service and clinical quality
Lead organizational EPMO management efforts
Provide project scorecard reporting
Use information systems to full capability
Support age-appropriate care/service
Minimize unnecessary delays
Translate vision into structure
Build and improve PMO processes
Assess demand and capacity accurately
Support long-term roadmap planning
Determine where PM resources are needed
Align priorities and execution
