What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in managing a high-volume global talent acquisition team, strategic TA Operations, managing localized freelance/crowdsourced talent marketplaces, Demonstrated experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), modern sourcing methodologies, Proven capability in data analytics, utilizing data tools to monitor marketplace dynamics, pipeline metrics, team performance, Hands-on experience developing talent acquisition strategies, managing localized recruitment budgets, implementing new sourcing channels, leading process optimization initiatives, Experience implementing tools or workflows that automate sourcing, vetting, onboarding processes
