Establish trusted business partner relationships as the finance partner for the Auto Finance CTO
Partner with Finance and business teams to assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed new initiatives to optimize business performance
Ownership of budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility
Evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations
Analyze & explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory
Provide strategic insights and suggest actions to business and finance partners
Develop presentations to senior audiences to communicate insights and to influence both business and financial outcomes
Mentor and develop junior analysts

Manager, FP&A - Financial Services As a Manager, Financial Analyst in the Financial Services division, you will work for a forward leaning organization that is actively disrupting the Auto finance industry through innovation and a customer-centric approach. You will have the opportunity to partner with business customers on driving strategic business direction that leads to sustainable performance and you will be asked to challenge our current well-managed processes to be more proactive, effective and efficient. Financial Analysts utilize a wide array of tools and data to perform analysis to identify drivers and trends that impact the near and long term trajectory of our division.
