What You'll Do.

Managing the execution of consistent QA reviews

Assuring the quality of investigations within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) meets requirements

Overseeing the analysis

interpretation and documentation of results for the purpose of assessing ML/TF risks

Accountable for the quality of the reviews performed by their team of QA Specialists

Conducting periodic reviews to assess quality

identify and document concerns

and to deliver coaching where necessary

Providing recommendations and/or solutions to address any gaps identified

Manage QA activities for investigations within the FIU including Triage alert adjudication

AMLI case investigations

High Risk Client/Enhanced Due Diligence reviews

in addition to other areas

Ensure QA reviews are completed by QA Specialists

Specific activities include effective people management and overseeing the analysis, interpretation and documentation of results for the purpose of assessing ML/TF risks. The Manager is accountable for the quality of the reviews performed by their team of QA Specialists and conducts periodic reviews to assess this, identify and document concerns, and to deliver coaching where necessary. The Manager role is accountable for providing recommendations and/or solutions to address any gaps identified. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
