What You'll Do.
oversee complex accounting areas
support financial statement preparation
serve as a key point of contact for technical accounting matters and external auditors
own and oversee key corporate accounting and technical accounting areas as part of the monthly close
lead preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
coordinate the external audit
perform accounting research to support business initiatives and evolving accounting standards
Lead and support month-end close activities
preparation and review of key corporate accounting areas (including but not limited to stock-based compensation
Prepare and review the consolidated financial statements and footnotes in accordance with US GAAP
Assist in the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual reports and other SEC filings
Support technical accounting matters (complex transactions
