POSITION PURPOSE: The Manager, Financial Reporting, is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, financial and SEC reporting for CIM’s public funds, under the supervision of the Director of Financial Reporting. This role primarily oversees the preparation of required SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, publicly filed supplementals, 8-K, and supporting schedules. The position partners closely with fund accounting and portfolio management, as well as internal and external auditors. ## RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the preparation of required SEC filings, which include Forms 10-K, 10-Q, publicly filed supplementals, 8-K, and supporting schedules. Work with asset financial services and portfolio oversight to review and analyze monthly portfolio metrics prepared by senior analysts (real estate). Review monthly/quarterly internal reporting prepared by senior analysts for the senior leadership team. Coordinate with investor relations, communications, general ledger accounting and portfolio management to ensure accuracy of quarterly earnings release materials, marketing materials and investor presentations.
