Bachelor's Degree or military experience, At least 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination, At least 1 year of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, At least 6 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination, At least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, At least 1 year of direct or indirect people management experience, Proficiency in SQL and Python, alongside experience with modern data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, QuickSight) and familiarity with emerging AI tooling to drive analytical rigor and clear business insights
