Afgeronde WO-master in de richting (bedrijfs)economie, bedrijfskunde of een MBA., Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een consultancy bedrijf en/of hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van projecten binnen financiële afdelingen., Financieel georiënteerd en weet welke trends en ontwikkelingen de CFO bezighouden., Leiderschapskwaliteiten en hebt aangetoond dat je complexe projecten samen met een team succesvol kunt afronden, onder meer door hen te motiveren en te inspireren., Sterk in het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete inhoudelijke en commerciële voorstellen., Sterke communicatie skills, ook in het schrijven van rapporten en het geven van presentaties in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Helping CFOs create a vision and strategy for the finance function.

Implementing finance function designs.
Building strong client relationships from the start.
Bringing valuable substantive knowledge and innovative ideas to the table.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with a team of over 40 driven advisors.; Acting as a sparring partner and advisor for the CFO.; Successfully completing complex projects together with a team, including motivating and inspiring them.
Communication Scope
Strong communication skills; Writing reports; Giving presentations; Dutch language; English language
Process & Methodology
Leading projects of various sizes and complexities., Managing long-term transformations., Balancing progress with junior colleague development.
