How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with LFOs, Accounting Policy, and Governance; Works across BMO to deliver accounting program / process results; Works in conjunction with others to ensure sign-off; Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders; Acts as liaison between stakeholders; Supports development and execution of accounting, risk, and regulatory strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; Liaises with internal and external auditors and regulators; Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group; Supports the implementation of applicable process and control change requirements; Participates in the design, implementation, and management of core business, group, legal entity financial processes, reporting, systems, and controls
