Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Accounting, Order to Cash, or GL Accounting, Ability to support different time zones to manage global team, Deep understanding and experience with US GAAP, Experience with contract accounting under ASC 606, Experience with financial compliance standards, Proven leadership in scaling accounting functions in a high-growth tech environment, Experience working with both Software and SaaS contracts
Nice to Have
CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification, Experience with NetSuite ERP, Experience with Salesforce, Strategic thinker who loves getting into the details on technical issues, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, interpersonal skills both verbal and written

Finance Manager, Revenue Recognition The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Finance in Bangalore to report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance who will lead core revenue functions and partner cross-functionally across the organization. This role will be instrumental in implementing process improvements and operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives as we scale.
