What You'll Do.

Reconcile financial and cost books with respect to sales and cost during month-end closing.

Monitor open sales orders and highlight pending transactions for follow-up.

Maintain records of product cost revisions and updates.

Execute plant-wise production order settlements as part of month-end activities and prepare production variance reports.

Re-align costs related to sample materials and scrap to operating expenses (OPEX).

Support statutory and internal audits by assisting with audit-related documentation and requirements.

Prepare and review MIS reports covering sales

Monthly Business Review (MBR)

and other periodic reports.

Handle group reporting activities on a quarterly basis

including factory reporting and key account reports.

Manage month-end processes such as sales rebate allocation

OPEX allocation cycles

and liquidity planning.

Prepare and analyze purchase variance reports periodically to identify key action areas.
