What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in international expansion, go-to-market strategy, education sales, partnerships, consulting, business operations, program management, launching and scaling programs and/or products in new markets from 0 to 1, Education industry experience, knowledge of K-12, higher ed, and/or bootcamp landscapes, personas and adoption, build and manage relationships with government bodies, school leaders, and industry partners across multiple regions, navigate ambiguity and deliver results without established playbooks or large teams

Nice to Have

Experience working at a high-growth tech company or startup, Background in community building and education marketing, Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations in international education markets, Proficiency in Portuguese, Proficiency in Hindi, Proficiency in other relevant languages

This is a new role with an incredible opportunity to build our international strategy from the ground up, hiring and managing a team of country-leads, developing market-specific programs, and cultivating relationships with key education stakeholders. We're on a mission to bring Figma to classrooms worldwide—and we need a strategic, inventive, and resourceful leader to help us scale our impact globally. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
