Posting Closing Date: 05 June 2026 Vacancy status: This posting is for an existing vacancy Team Rubicon Canada (TR Canada) is a veteran-led humanitarian organization, built to serve global communities before, during, and after disasters and crises. Our people, known as Greyshirts, are the cornerstone of our mission and success. ICS 100 and ICS 200 mandatory; ICS 300 preferred. Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, collective training programs. Demonstrated experience developing leaders within high-stress, high-risk, or operational environments. Strong planning and organizational skills, including experience managing budgets, logistics, and competing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse teams and stakeholders in-person and virtually. Proven experience mentoring leaders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in training and disaster response. Experience operating effectively in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments. Ability to collaborate and engage with a diverse population. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional experience with Asana Project Management software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.  Passion for the mission and values of Team Rubicon Canada.
