Must Have
6+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, 2+ years leading Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Field Engineering teams, Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or developer-focused products in fast-paced, high-growth environments, technical background with modern software development tools, cloud platforms, and developer infrastructure, Demonstrated ability to coach teams through complex enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations, Experience partnering with Sales leadership on territory planning, strategic accounts, and deal execution, organizational and operational skills with the ability to scale processes and teams effectively, Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, Ability to build trust with technical practitioners, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders, sense of ownership, accountability, and bias toward execution, Passion for AI-powered developer tools and improving software engineering workflows
