The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Facility Manager to own all facilities engineering and operations at our G2 solar cell fab in Rockdale, TX. This is a senior technical leadership role for someone who has managed the complex, unforgiving infrastructure that keeps a cleanroom running; HVAC, ultrapure water, process gases, exhaust, and multi-megawatt power distribution, and knows what it costs when any of it goes down. You've kept fabs running. You've managed capital projects, responded to critical utility failures at 2am, and built the preventative maintenance programs that make those calls rare. At G2, you'll build the infrastructure backbone that makes everything else possible.
